The chef determines the menu for each meal, taking into account the dietary restrictions of those attending. The kitchen does its best to provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free options, and other specific needs. Some guests may need to bring specific items to supple-ment our menu. Groups that observe a strict vegetarian diet can request this option. We would be happy to discuss your particular needs.
During Lent we offer a non-meat option on Friday, as determined by the chef.
